Internal Sales Back Office Employee
- Record sales orders and plans in SAP and trigger the billing document
- Monitoring of billable services
- Process weekly and / or monthly forecast reports
- Maintenance of customer master data / device master data (SAP and CRM)
- Processing of customer orders (for example new units, transport and installation orders)
- Receipt of customer complaints
- Management of factory orders, their transport and customer deliveries
- Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in a technically oriented industry
- Secure handling of standard office software, MS-Windows
- SAP R3 (or other ERP system) knowledge of advantage
- Reliable and resilient personality, team player
- Fast comprehension and communication skills
- Hungarian fluent in spoken and written, good knowledge of English, German language skills of advantage
