Inside Sales / Lead Development Specialist

    The Inside Sales/Lead Development Specialist is responsible for implementing sales decision. This role provides collaboration with sales leaders and their teams that enables them to attract and serve customers faster and with better through quality leads. This team adapts to maintain excellent relationship with external customers, supports the company with lead development and sales support activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers by providing advice and information about the company’s products and services
  • Provide sales support activities, gather market data, generate and handle customer interest and detect demand
  • Provide well-defined leads to sales teams
  • Promote the company’s products and services to business partners and clients via phone or email
  • Detect new purchasing prospects over the phone with new and existing customers
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and support the field work of sales managers
  • Effectively use the social selling tools to enhance the customer contact list, engage new customers & target specific account and contacts through campaigns
  • Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions in the company’s CRM tools
  • Execute functional expertise of sales tools (SFDC, Outreach, etc.)
  • Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies
  • Build customer relationships with the assigned customer for sales


  • Fluent oral and written communication in English plus in min one of the supported language(s), like German, French, Italian, Spanish
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong marketing, commercial and negotiation skills
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
  • Delivery on customer commitment: accountability, follow-up, alignment with stakeholders
  • Proficient end-user IT skills including SFDC, MS Office and Outlook
  • Fluency in any other European language is an advantage
  • Experience using social selling tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Navigator
