Incident Response Coordinator - Security field (Budapest)

Your tasks

  • Plan, build, run of incident and escalation workflows
  • Coordinate the players required for incident analysis
  • Coordinate the players required for incident solution
  • INM SLA Monitoring for relevant incidents
  • Escalate incidents if analysis or solution process gets stuck
  • Track incident status of security incidents
  • Quality of Service Reporting(QoS) of incident tickets and INM process and workflows
  • Handle of requests sent to the functional mailbox
  • Participating in regular customers review calls

If you have…

  • At least intermediate English (minimum B2)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Willing and able to work on own initiative
  • Willing to take over responsibility
  • Willingness to travel (occasionally)
  • Willing to work in OnCall duty
  • Ability to use different incident tools (esp. SM9, but also customer specific tools)
  • Good communication ability
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • System approach, precision
  • Quick understanding of complex problems
  • Good team player attitude

Furthermore, if you have any of the followings

  • At least intermediate German (minimum B2)
  • ITIL Service Operation certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Practical experiences on different services (preferred security) offered by T-Systems
  • Trained on the relevant INM products (e. g. SM9, ServiceNow)
