HR system analyst & product owner - SuccessFactors

Our HR transformation focuses on colleague experience, to support this goal, we need to redesign our processes and build an integrated system framework. Some processes are already supported by SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems, but still have a long way ahead of us.
 
We are looking for system analyst to participate in our transformation and build an improved system together.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge concerning to Performance management process supported by SuccessFactors system (Performance and Goals module) 
  • Mapping development needs 
  • Preparing Employee Experience based, standardized and optimized  proposals
  • Preparing and harmonizing the methodology concerning to new sub modules introduction
  • Preparing presentations and decision preparation materials 
  • SuccessFactors parametrization 
  • Keeping contact with the consultants (preparing business requests, processing offers, initiating the decision making process regarding the development needs, coordinating internal development iterations)
  • Testing, launching and follow-up of the finished developments
  • Preparing educational materials and providing trainings
  • Reporting, Permission management, Operation support

Knowledge and Experience:

  • SuccessFactors system knowledge (Performance and Goals module)
  • Confident English language knowledge
  • Solid process methodology knowledge, structured thinking
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills  
  • Positive attitude, ability to effectively cooperate with other departments, strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive personality 
  • Curiosity, out of the box thinking, a deep growth mindset, and the desire to constantly improve
  • Ability to work independently and with precision  
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP HCM system knowledge (advantage)
  • Process methodology experience (advantage)
