Currently we are looking for an

HR Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration in HR related IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors, NexonTime and NexonCafe) 
  • Supporting the development and operation of company's HR controlling and reporting practices
  • Creating regular and on-demand HR reports (e.g. benchmark data, HR controlling related system reports, etc.)
  • Operating the attendance (NexonTime) and cafeteria management system (NexonCafe) and handle all related daily administrative tasks, related employee inquiries and communication
  • Ad-hoc administrative support

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years administrative working experience in the field of HR / Back Office role
  • Higher education
  • Fluency in English and native Hungarian
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Precise, self-driven and organized person with good analytical skills
