HR SPECIALIST – CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

INTRODUCTION
The Center of Excellence Specialist will be in charge of implementing global HR processes while taking into consideration local business & legal enviroment’s needs. This role will have a strong focus in labour law and GDPR compliance, as well as digitization initiatives.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    Legal Compliance
  • Ensures that the HDGC people processes (including documentations, practices, policies) are 100% compliant with the Hungarian Labour Code, GDPR and other relevant legislation
  • Ensures that the HR team is prepared for requirements of the Hungarian an European data protection acts

  • HR Policies and Processes
  • Implement and / or tailor global HR process in a way that they meet local business needs
  • Actively participate in creating new policies and processes based on need
  • Ensure appropriate training and communication for all relevant stakeholders

  • Digitization
  • Assess other HR process which can be digitized and drive HR digitization agenda based on the local business and legal needs, e.g. clearance process, time and attendance system, employee data records, employee experience etc., make recommendations and after approval implement the digitized process
  • Coordinate and engage the relevant stakeholders in the digitization process
  • Ensure appropriate training and communication for all relevant stakeholders

  • Reporting & HR Controlling
  • Prepare different analysis (CTC, overtime, sick leave, attrition etc.) and share those with different stake holders (business, HRD etc.) for possible process improvements

  • Other tasks, responsibilities
  • Participating in meetings and trainnings, including external conferences as well and implement learnt best practices
  • Participating in and providing information, data for audits when needed
  • Run communication and information sharing sessions in the above mentioned topic based on need for the relevant audience (e.g. managers, all employees etc.)
  • Other tasks that are related to the COE Specialist position and are assigned by the Head of HRD of TCS Hungary

  • Back up COE and other HR colleagues based on the HR team’s back up plan

YOU ARE THE NEXT EXPERT IN OUR TEAM IF:

  • College or university degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 3 years previous experience in HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Solid understanding of Hungarian Labour Code and GDPR
  • Fluent oral and written English
