We are now looking for an HR Services Specialist for our newly forming HR Services Team. The new colleague will support Getronics UK staff and function as first point of contact in personnel related matters.

HR SERVICES SPECIALIST (UK)

Task:

    • Advise Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries (policies, processes, entitlements, benefits, etc.)
    • Ensure timely administration related to Onboarding, Internal Moves and Separation
    • Keep SAP HR up to date and take action related to any absences received
    • Run regular riports, checks on HR actions and audit the HR Service
    • Cooperate with the UK Payroll Team and support the monthly payroll run
    • Prepare the inputs for the reimbursement process
    • Coordinate and track the UK reward schemes
    • Participate in process enhancement and automatization projects

Expectation:

    • Excellent command of English, any additional spoken language is an advantage
    • Previous work experience in an SSC, COE environment
    • Familiarity with SAP HR
    • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
    • Dynamic and open personality
    • Good client service and prioritizing skills
