HR Resource Manager (Fixed-term - 2 year) (Budapest)
Your tasks
- End to end responsibility on Resource Management
- Workforce transition management
- Act as first point-of-contact for resourcing topics, working together with local and global resourcing specialists
- Continuous alignment with stakeholders (e.g.: local and global management, HR, business units etc.)
- Monitor and manage data in resource planning tool on an ongoing basis
- Clarification and harmonization of resource related figures
- Prepare reports on various resourcing data both on schedule and ad hoc as requested
- Support global resource management projects as local representative
If you have…
- University/college degree
- At least 2 years of experience in multinational environment in a position of HR, Resource Management, or Business Operation
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must, German is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- Determined, solution oriented
- Good in prioritization and multitasking
- Strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
