HR People Partner

Semcon Hungary employs more than 200 people and offers product information to our customers. Our office is growing rapidly, so we are looking for a talented HR People Partner to support our company.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic People Partner to work in close partnership with our employees and leaders to ensure an outstanding employee experience throughout the whole employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable operating at both a strategic and administrative level and passionate about his/her work to deliver positive change every day.

This position reports directly to the Country HR Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • First point of contact to employees regarding people processes;
  • Establish effective internal communication between business departments and HR;
  • Prepare talkative reports, analysis, forecasting (e.g. headcount, turnover etc.);
  • Onboard and exit colleagues (conduct probation period and exit interviews);
  • Learning & development;
    • Set up the training plan, training offering
    • Organize trainings: externally, internally
    • Follow up on budget
  • Evaluate the outcome of the employee engagement survey, contribute to the action planning;
  • Benchmarking of all relevant aspects of labor market situation, interpreting them from business viewpoint
  • Support managers in the annual people manager tasks & compensation process;
  • Help in the improvement of our people processes;
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWINGS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR or any similar fields
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant practice in the field of Human Resources
  • Proofed understanding and correct use of HR processes in everyday work (including Hungarian labour law knowledge)
  • Fluent level of English in speaking and writing
  • Advanced level MS excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
