We are looking for an experienced HR GENERALIST for our prestigious partner, which is one the largest company in the bank sector worldwide.

The new position is going to focus on HR administration and also on recruitment in order to support the company's growth in Hungary.

HR Generalist

tasks:

Be responsible for the HR function, including the followings:

Ensure the implementation of new or updated HR policies and procedures

Recruitment coordination duties

Employee lifecycle related HR administration

Training arrangement for the employees

Management of payroll and employee benefits

Prepares HR communications and provides clarification to the employees

Be the first point of contact and coordinates all HR activities with external partneres

Support the expatriates within immigration tasks (work permit, resident card)

requirements:

BA degree in Human Resources Management or related field35

3-4 years of experience in a similar position,

Good knowledge of recruitment process, payroll and employee benefits

General knowledge of the Labour code and related rules and practices in Hungary

Fluent written and spoken English

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proactivity, autonomy and work flexibility

Ability to work in an international environment
