HR Generalist
Limagrain is an international agricultural cooperative group, founded and managed by French farmers. The fourth largest seed company Worldwide. As a creator and producer of plant varieties, Limagrain distributes field seeds, vegetable seeds and cereal products.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Under the supervision of the Country HR Manager, the HR Generalist leads and coordinate various initiatives related to human resources to achieve the commercial and budgetary objectives of the target population ( ca 50 PERM HC) in accordance with the HR strategy and policies of the group and the Business Unit.
- Define and support the implementation of the necessary HR processes and actions in conjunction with the managers within its scope.
- Advise and support the managers with whom he/she works on all aspects of development of their organization, improvement or optimization of projects as well as the management of all individual situations.
- Be the first point of contact to employees and managers regarding HR policies and programs
- Support for the execution of employee engagement / internal communication actions
- Coordinate the labor law related actions
- Manage the monthly payroll closing with the payroll provider
- Participate in social data surveys and keep records
- Organize internal and external events (employee event, job fair)
- Support recruitment process at all levels, including Onboarding/Offboarding tasks
- HR controlling (preparation of HR budget, cost monitoring, contribute to salary surveys)
- Prepare all kind of HR reports
PROFILE:
- Master or Bachelor degree in HR
- 2-3 year HR Generalist experience and 1-2 years international experience
- Advanced in English
- Continuous improvement mindset
- General knowledge of labor law
