Our Client
Our client is a pioneering multinational company that empowers individuals through education in strategic real estate investment. While the organisation is headquartered in the United Kingdom, it is in a dynamic growth phase with active operations in Liechtenstein, Budapest and Dubai, and further international expansion ahead. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (UK Focus) to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the UK.
Tasks
In this role, you will act as a trusted HR Generalist, supporting UK-based managers and employees across employee relations, performance, and organisational topics, while ensuring compliant and effective HR operations.
As a trusted HR partner, you will provide hands-on support across employee relations, performance management, organisational topics, and HR operations. This role requires strong knowledge of UK employment practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with UK-based managers and act as a trusted HR advisor
- Support managers in performance management, employee engagement, and team development
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and absence management
- Provide guidance on UK employment law, HR policies, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent employee experience
- Contribute to HR process improvements and ongoing HR initiatives
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive employee experience for new joiners
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
- Hands-on employee relations and case management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Professional working proficiency in Hungarian and English
- Experience partnering with managers on organisational and performance-related topics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
