WE are looking for HR Business Partner based in Budapest office with responsibilities on Romanian market

HR Business Partner


    • Responsible for leading all HR services in the country, actively participate the day to day HR A-Z issues handling
    • Supporting all dimensions of the organization trough the delivery of consistent and effective HR services, processes, policies and tools
    • Should provide HR reporting in strong-line to the Regional HR Director
    • Managing HR team of the countries (2-2 FTEs in Hungary and Romania)
    • Help management is strategic business decisions
    • Optimization and control of Payroll systems (outsourced provider)
    • Ensuring compliance with HR/social local regulation / law
    • Be the first ambassador of internal culture and values of Sodexo
    • Managing Talent Review, Engagements surveys, Budgeting, Compensation and benefit, Salary Review and all processes related HR yearly cycle
    • Ensure the improvement of all procedures in the spirit of servicing the business scope


    • Minimum 5 years HR management/business partner experience
    • HORECA, Retail, FM business experience is a benefit
    • Previous experience with blue collar population is a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentational skills Hungarian and English
    • Romanian knowledge is a plus, but not required
    • Master user of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PPT)
    • Higher education preferably within HR field
    • Experience in organizational development, introduction of new policies
    • Comfortability with 21st century tools (SharePoint, office 365, Social media, etc…)
    • Client focus mentality
    • Strong negotiating skills
    • Willing to deeply understands business needs
    • Willing to do administrative tasks as well according the neeeds
    • Willing to travel within the county to visit our sites, to Romanian 1st a month
