What you will do:
- Act as the primary contact for line managers and employees providing a first class remote HR consultancy service
- Maintain relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end to end processes
- Communicate with the employees of Vodafone Italy via e-mail and manage the resolution of their queries, according to agreed service levels
- Execute routine HR administration activities
- Take part in HR related projects and process improvement activities
This job might be ideal for you if:
- Your English skills are upper-intermediate and your Italian skills are close to fluent
- If you have some HR related experience, that’s great, but fresh graduates are also welcome
- You have a university or a college degree
- You communicate clearly, you write well, so you can explain just about anything to anyone
- You enjoy solving problems and help others. You love taking on different challenges and if you don't know the answer or the solution right away, you'll dig until you find it.
