Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Driving the strategic vision of the AI/ML Service Line
Owning and evolving the service line strategy aligning offerings with SnapSoft’s growth targets and market opportunities
Working closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales to understand customer needs, market trends and emerging AI/ML opportunities
Collaborating with AWS to leverage credits, programs, co‑selling motions and new AI/ML services
Ensuring delivery excellence across all AI/ML projects
Overseeing technical execution and quality across an organization of 30-40 engineers indirectly
Directly managing 5 solutions architects including engineering managers with strong people leadership, motivation and direction-setting
Acting as the final escalation point for critical client situations with strong stakeholder management
Ensuring SoW approval processes and operational SLAs are consistently met
Building and scaling high-performing AI/ML engineering organizations
Growing engineering pods and developing horizontal capabilities within the service line
Creating and maintaining competency development programs focused on AWS AI/ML technologies
Leading and mentoring managers and senior engineers fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous learning
Managing service line profitability and business performance
Owning the financial performance of the AI/ML service line including profitability, utilization and subcontractor ratio
Translating financial expectations into delivery and resource strategies
Overseeing subcontractor governance and ensuring smooth onboarding and quality processes
Representing SnapSoft externally as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to clients in complex AI/ML engagements
Representing SnapSoft at industry events, conferences and AWS ecosystem activities

Requirements

Proven experience leading engineering teams or delivery units of 10+ people including experience managing managers
BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Experience working with AWS AI/ML services and strong understanding of the ML lifecycle from an architectural perspective
Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Textract, Lambda
Understanding of AI/ML architectures, solution patterns, and real-world implementation challenges
Strong track record of driving delivery excellence in fast-paced, evolving environments
Ability to operate in hybrid environments combining startup mindset and structured processes with adaptability to shifting priorities
Strong business acumen with ability to connect financial KPIs to delivery and resourcing decisions
Excellent communication skills especially in high-stakes client conversations and escalations

Nice-to-have

AWS Solutions Architect or AWS AI/ML Specialty certification
