Head Chef


    As Head Chef you will be expected to play a major part in the opening and startup of Hotel kitchen with extensive F&B services.

    Key parts of this role will be menu design for 4 F&B outlets with focus on international cousin, selecting food suppliers, staff selection and training, to control installation of kitchen equipment, establishing HACCP standards.

    We Are Looking For Candidates with:

    • Previous experience as Senior Sous or Head Chef for a minimum of 2 years, hotel experience is a plus
    • The ability to write menus and cost dishes and understand & control gross profit and wastage.
    • A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
    • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
    • Excellent people, man-management, organization, and communication skills within an international team.
    • A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
    • Language: English, Hungarian


    • Salary Ft 530 000 HUF Gross + annual bonus based on personal KPI results
