  • Experience min 1 year at Sous Chef position in Restaurant or Hotel
  • Good leadership skills

  • Knowledge of food safety standards (Codex Alimentarius)

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in the concept development for all outlets
  • Development menus for all outlets in collaboration with F&B manager
  • Recruitment, training and effective management of kitchen team
  • scheduling kitchen team according to occupancy
  • Participate in the selection of new suppliers, Interaction with existing suppliers.
  • Full responsibility for quality, timing and safety of all foods
  • Full responsibility for finance result of kitchen department
