Guest Experience Supervisor (Front Office Supervisor)

JOB SUMMARY: 

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations while delivering outstanding guest service. In this role, you will oversee daily processes such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, making sure all hotel standards are met. You will support team members, assist with training, and coordinate with other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience. As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible of overseeing Front Office team while on shift. 
 
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

• Welcome guests warmly, handle check-in and check-out processes 

• Manage room reservations and maintain guest preferences 

• Address guest requests and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience 

• Prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks 

• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations 

• Coordinates and supervises the work of Front Office colleagues.
