German speaking Service Desk Agent


  • Providing first level support for users regarding complex issues via phone and email
  • Optimize the employee experience by offering full resolution of issues on first contact
  • Ensure good employee relations, anticipate customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions
  • Actively participating in process improvement initiatives,
  • Resolving and escalating incidents to higher levels as needed


  • Fluent knowledge in English and German
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Proactive and dynamic personality with an agile mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Demonstrating end-to-end accountability
  • Ability to navigate complex tasks
