About the function & the role

In the last couple of years, we built a successful Talent Sourcing Team that is valued by our business areas and the management. In order to further improve our recruiting quality and expand our services, we are about to increase our capacities of our Talent Sourcing Team in Budapest. The Talent Sourcing Team supports our business and our recruiters to hire suitable candidates for exposed positions within the group globally.

 

As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work in a team of experienced Sourcing specialists and you will be responsible for your own searches from defining a search strategy until hiring of suitable candidates on senior and management level. You will work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers, recruiters and candidates all over Europe.

 

The role also includes analysis and evaluation of the talent market. You will create data basis to optimize our recruiting strategies, campaigns and activities in the different countries. In addition, you will have the chance to work on international project within the Talent Acquisition function.

Your future tasks will be...

  • Consulting and supporting business to hire suitable candidates
  • Defining creative search strategies in different sources based on target group analysis
  • Identifying and contacting potential candidates
  • Interviewing and inspiring candidates to work at Computacenter
  • Presenting candidates to the Hiring Manager and assist them through the recruiting process
  • Working on regular reports and updates to hiring teams
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis about target markets of Computacenter globally

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have working experience in a Talent Acquisition or a Talent Sourcing role
  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • You have very good interpersonal and communicational skills
  • You have very good time management and self-organizing skills and an independent working style
  • You enjoy learning quickly and to find creative solutions
  • You have excellent analytical skills
  • You are familiar with MS office, candidate databases and Social Networks
