German Speaking Project Coordinator (Telekom IT TSI) (Budapest)

Your tasks

  • Implementing a project/programme governance and collaboration model
  • Creation and maintenance of organisation charts
  • Planning and scheduling of meetings (e.g. JourFixes)
  • Creation and maintenance of communication plans
  • Creation and alignment of internal & external communication measures
  • Providing information to stakeholders, project sponsors, and customers (e.g. newsletter)
  • Document management and documentation of decisions, scope, minutes, changes etc.
  • Setup and maintenance of a service knowledge management system
  • Preparation of meeting documents
  • On /off boarding of resources (Trainings, building/tool access, Miles+ administration etc.)
  • Resource planning incl. absence list
  • Resource coordination (team meetings, test sessions etc.)
  • Status tracking and regular/on-demand reporting (KPIs, milestones etc.)
  • Financial tracking of actual spend and forecasting future costs
  • Risk documentation and tracking of counter measures 

If you have…

  • College/university degree
  • Business fluency in German AND English
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project support
  • Proactive, communicative and self.motivated
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • ITIL knowledge would be an advantage
  • Certificate of good-conduct
