German Speaking PMO Support Specialist - 259540

What you will do:

  • Support internal stakeholders, mainly bid managers and account managers with different regular and ad hoc tasks, which contribute to successful completion of an RFI response
  • Take ownership of documentation standards and templates
  • Ensure documents are managed properly, solutions for improvement are worked out
  • Take the initiative and perform stakeholder management as needed verbally or in written format
  • Manage the Knowledge Center platform
  • Provide support related to process improvement projects

This position is for you if you:

  • Are experienced in Bid support and/or Sharepoint administration
  • You have very good Microsoft Office skills
  • You are fluent in German and have solid English knowledge
  • You communicate clearly. You write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you're comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
  • You are eager to learn new things about the field of Bid Support and you have a pro-active work approach.
  • You pay close attention to the details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, on time, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and you don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer you'll dig until you find it.
