German speaking OTC coordinator

tasks:

In this position your responsibilities will be the following:


  • Manage Cash Applications processes
  • Process Billing Request forms
  • Issue invoices
  • Handle collection duties (dunning and bad debt)
  • Prepare OTC related reports



requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of economy or finance
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting/finance position (AP, AR) is an advantage
  • Fluent English is a must and German language knowledge is a big bonus
  • French knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused mindset
