HR is integral to building bp's distinctive capabilities, and helping our employees maximise their performance and realise their potential. It also plays an important part in supporting bp’s global businesses through all people-related aspects. At Group level, HR creates the fundamental infrastructure for the management of bp’s people and monitors the application of these requirements.

In this role You will:

  • Be responsible for the contracting or scheduling of the goods and services required in support of the rollout of a defined group of training sessions
  • Venue sourcing; select and confirm appropriate training venues against a defined list of criteria
  • Scheduling Trainers and Faculty in support of training sessions; liaising with multiple individual faculty and faculty vendors to this end
  • Timely ordering of training materials; liaising with our print and distribution vendor in support of this activity
  • Responsible for recording the costs (estimated and actual) for all goods and services contracted against a session
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in the database
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication to all learning audiences, provide full customer service to learners, stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues through strong case management practices
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the logistics processes and work closely with logistics colleagues' commercial services colleagues
  • Participate in relevant focused project work, contributing to the onward development of the team’s processes, programs, tools, and systems

We have the following requirements:

  • A university degree is preferable
  • 1+ year experience in a similar position is a huge advantage
  • Fluency in English AND German is a must
  • Able to demonstrate problem-solving and customer service skills and experience
  • Proven track record to prioritise own work optimally in a busy, multidimensional role
  • Able to progress issues, and seek advice
  • Good communication skills; experience in positioning messages appropriately with different audiences, with a close attention to grammar and spelling
  • Numerate with a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
