German speaking L2 technical support [BN-UGL2]


  • Be responsible for complex tasks requiring high level of technical knowledge
  • Works closely with Supervisors and Technical Support Specialists
  • Provides technical training sessions to the agents
  • Takes part in building knowledge base articles based on in-scope support requirements


  • Relevant experience (min. 1 year) in Service Desk field
  • Fluency in German
  • Good knowledge in English
  • Strong customer and team-focus
