GERMAN SPEAKING CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST - LEVEL 2 [KA-USDAGL2]

Our Client is a leading multinational company providing business process outsourcing and technical help desk services to its prestigious clients across Europe. We are currently looking for talented individuals for German Speaking Client Service Specialist position on Level 2 to their Budapest office.

Tasks

  • Be responsible for complex tasks requiring high level of technical knowledge
  • Works closely with Supervisors and Technical Support Specialists on Level 1
  • Provides technical training sessions to the agents
  • Takes part in building knowledge base articles based on in-scope support requirements

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Service Desk field ideally on Level 2, but senior agents on Level 1 are also welcome
  • Fluency in German
  • Good knowledge in English
  • Strong customer and team-focus
  • Excellent technical skills and IT background
