Gearbox Requirement Engineer for eMobility

Task:

  • Your contribution to something big:

    ►Requirements engineering of eAxle, gearbox and parck-lock system in the project

    ►Contact for internal and external customers for gearbox requirements of the eAxle

    ►Internal and external coordination of the requirements assessment process

    ►Develop the requirements for the gearbox subcomponent

    ►Cross-divisional collaboration and coordination of requirements activities

    ►Develop an efficient and automotive-conform structure of requirements management (ASPICE)

    ►Standardization TCD (Technical customer document)– Content and Structure

    ►Work in an agile and technically demanding environment

    ►Support of system engineer in the project

    ►Exchange of requirements with customer via DOORS

    ►Assignment of requirements to corresponding department

    ►Processing and maintenance of requirements in DOORS

Expectation:

  • What distinguishes you:

    ►Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics or similar

    ►Target-oriented, independent and structured way of working

    ►Experience in requirements management and / or in the field of electric powertrains desirable

    ►High motivation and flexibility to accomplish demanding tasks

    ►Convincing skill in customer contact

    ►Communication and teamwork skills

    ►English advanced (German skills are beneficial)

    Advantages:

    ►Knowledge about e-mobility trends, markets and systems

    ►Knowledge of requirements engineering tool, like IBM Rational DOORS is an advantage

    ►Knowledge about testing concepts, testing strategies, statistics
