Areas of responsibility:

  • Act as the “go-to” person to translate business requirements, regarding our centrally managed PLM, CAD applications, into feasible solutions.
  • Configure solutions or work with internal/external developers to develop solutions, meaning create designs, perform tests and train key/end-users.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support, meaning resolution of incidents, problems and requests.
  • Work with infrastructure and security organizations on setup of the various environments.
  • Test and execute patches and release upgrades.
  • Support (or lead) multiple projects and operational activities.
  • Central license management.
  • Act as liaison between the businesses and vendors of PLM, CAD applications.
  • Continuous business and process related improvement, leverage of best practices.


  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within IT or Business
  • Functional or technical related work experience with Teamcenter, Catia and NX or similar applications
  • IT /Business Degree or Equivalent
  • Prince II Foundation is preferred
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of basic project management procedures within IT
  • Travelling willingness 25%
