Responsibilities

A Front Office Agent is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Ensure accurate and efficient running of reception including check in/out procedures
Handle daily front desk operations and administrative tasks
Answer phone calls and emails, and respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
Process and update reservations in the hotel management system
Manage cash handling, billing, and payment transactions accurately
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Assist with breakfast service and support the breakfast operation when needed
As the front desk and bar area operate together, prepare coffees, drinks, and basic cocktails for guests when required

Requirements

Front Office Agents serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in hotel
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
