French speaking technical specialist


  • Weekly face to face meetings with a proper feedback system
  • 40-50% Making sure each SLA is meeting the required target
  • Represent their team’s needs in the organization
  • Understand needs and priorities
  • Set and follow goals and workflows
  • Solve problems, identify blockers
  • Understand technical team members due to their experience
  • Manage knowledge


  • Min. 1 years of experience in Technical support/Customer Service area
  • Fluent French+ English
  • Open to technologies and knows how to handle developers and technical people
  • Lead by serving and being humble
  • Celebrate success
  • Patient, positive and emphatic
  • Open to ideas, flexible
  • Strong skillset of coaching, training, motivating others
  • Experience in giving feedback and discussing issues with team
