French Speaking Team Coordinator

Role Purpose:

    Our Global Field Operation Center is looking forward to welcome a new French Speaking Team Coordinator within their ranks. As the Budapest team is solely responsible for the coordination and daily scheduling of the Field Technicians in the European region, the exciting and dynamic multinational environment is a given. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Field Technicians/3rd party vendors
  • Assigning incoming incident to the dedicated Field Technician Teams
  • Ensuring that incidents are being solved within the contractual timeframes
  • Being responsible for monitoring the overall lifecycle of these incidents
  • Handling all incident related administration and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong, advanced French verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English (at least strong intermediate)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

You’ll have the upper hand, if you:

  • Have working experience in a managed IT service industry
  • Have hands-on experience of incident logging systems/tools
