Your new role

  • Handling the incoming queries via phone and mail
  • Communicating with the company's employees and providing support for them
  • Solving HR related issues
  • Managing HR admin processes
  • Providing technical support
  • Maintaining good relationship with employees

What you'll need to succeed

  • Advanced English or French knowledge
  • Previous office work experience is a must
  • Experience in Service Desk or Customer Service roles can be advantage
  • Good problem solving skills and customer-oriented mind-set
