They support their international customers and clients in several countries and now looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Specialist for Budapest.
Your daily tasks will be the following:
- Provide support to the assigned customers as a first point of contact by e-mail and phone
- Take ownership of resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Meet individual and team goals (KPIs)
To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
- Advanced French AND English language knowledge
- Customer oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Customer service experience is an advantage
