Fleet Sales Coordinator

    to join our Fleet Sales Team
    for a fixed period of 18 months.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support of Fleet Zone Managers' sales activities
  • Manage and audit dealer fleet reimbursement
  • Organization of fleet events
  • Prepare fleet sales reports, Pan-European quotations for FoE Fleet Sales Team
  • Customer Care / Recieve incoming phonecalls and answering customer mails - e-mails
  • Support Finance, Sales, and Ford Credit with fleet sales data reports in every quarter end close
  • Edit product and manufacturing marketing newsletter for fleet customers
  • Prepare presentations
  • Management of Fleet Demo car park – car ordering, car park follow-up, handover, maintain relationship with responsible dealership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales field, automotive sector is an advantage
  • Trusted experience in client event organizing
  • University or College Degree
  • Good command of English
  • Standard MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • “B” category driving license
