Join our team as a:

Financial Operations Associate - Czech / Slovak and Hungarian speaking

    Your main activity as a Financial Operations Associate is to process vendor invoices in SAP. You will be supporting Vodafone entities and partners keeping daily contact with them.

What you will do:

  • Process invoices, ensure that the invoices are compliant and can be paid on time
  • Answer and investigate local market queries
  • Ensure timely payment of PO/non-PO invoices, also validate, post and book the invoices in SAP
  • Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process related to invoice processing working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and the local market
  • Raise new ideas and join the P2P team in process improvement projects
  • Compile, deliver and analyse reports as needed and provide proposals for corrective actions where necessary

This position is for you if you have:

  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and Hungarian, furthermore at least intermediate English language skill are required
  • Qualification within Finance field
  • Strong Excel knowledge and outstanding analytical and numerical skills
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
