Financial and controlling assistant

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Related to controlling

  • Analyze and comment the production variances (planned versus actual)
  • Analyze the production costs and suggest costs improvements
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports to the local and global organization
  • Participate to the monthly controlling closing (if any)
  • Report to global and local management

 

Related to Finance

  • File the incoming invoices, register and process them in Oracle
  • Generate the payment proposals and upload them in the bank system
  • Participate to the monthly financial closing
  • Deal with other finance related administrative tasks

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • College degree in Economics
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Active English (medium level) is mandatory

PERSONALITY, SOFT SKILLS

  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2-3 years of experience in controlling (preferably in a production controlling)
  • Experience in any ERP system (Oracle is an advantage)
