The Hungarian office not only represents the brand in Hungary and in other 28 markets, but provides a wide range of services to the Company and its affiliates all around the Globe. We are looking for Financial Analyst to support key deliverables in the Annual Cost Process.

Financial Analyst [IJ-FFA18]

Tasks

  • Liaising with other members of Interior Team of 4 (Purchasing, Engineering and Cost Estimating) to support key deliverables in the Annual Cost Process
  • Fully support the review and report-out of the Interior Team’s Commercial and Design Total Value Management commitment for the following year at the Annual Cost Strategy Week event in Cologne (typically a 3 day event)
  • Work with Purchasing to deliver TVM Forecast commitments especially in the Quarter Close process, including Forecast-to-Go status and reviews
  • Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting of the Interior Team’s TVM performance to Target throughout the calendar year.
  • Support ad-hoc Global reviews, working closely with Interior Finance Team in North America
  • Lead review of requests from Purchasing and Engineering for funding to support achievement of TVM savings
  • Participate in Commodity Cost Attack Teams as required and ensure management are regularly informed of team status and issues
  • Support consolidation, review and reporting of Interior Purchasing Multi-Year Agreements for the EU region
  • Liaise fully with other EU & Other Global TVM Finance teams as required

Requirements

  • Finance / Business / Economics degree
  • Ideally 3 years of practical experience preferably in multinational company
  • Fluency in English
  • Good PC / IT skills (MS Office) – proficient in Excel and big data management
  • Excellent communicational skills, able to build strong working relationships, especially with cross-functional teams and work partners in other regions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Be time flexible/willingness to travel
