Finance Team Leader (specialized in AP/AR processes)

    On behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for an enthusiastic team leader who would like to be part of a dynamic and highly professional team. Confidence in finance area and people management are essential for the role, but it would be rewarded by modern environment, challenging projects and development opportunities.

Main tasks:

  • Full scale of responsibility in people management of the finance team
  • The team is supporting AP and AR accounting and related activities to it
  • Participating in month-end closing activities
  • Coordinating the team members in order to reach business targets
  • Mentoring and motivating the team
  • Supporting the team in implementing and standardizing new processes
  • Ensuring the proper quality of the service
  • Being accountable for the team’s performance
  • Improving processes and procedures in order to develop efficiency to the fullest
  • Building and keeping active contact with high level stakeholders

Our client is looking for you if you have:

  • Fluent English
  • More 5 years’ experience in related Finance/Accounting area (preferably in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience in SSC environment
  • Confident Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
