Accounts payable:

  • Upload invoices into accounting system
  • Ensure all AP invoices are timely and accurately registered in ERP
  • Match invoices to purchase orders where necessary, checking that the correct amounts are paid and that appropriate authorization procedures are followed on all payments.
  • Send invoices for approval
  • Handle AP mailboxes, follow-up on supplier queries

Cash booking:

  • Correct allocation of customer and vendor payments according to bank statement
  • Handle bank related issues and queries


  • Be able to invest at least 20-25 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
  • Fluency in English
  • Long-term development opportunity
  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 12 more months from on-boarding on
