Responsibilities

Actively comunicate with customers and cooperate with techsupport team
Installation of devices, diagnostics and troubleshooting
Checks and validation of devices
Professional customer support
Communication with manufacturer

Requirements

Secondary or post-secondary education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other relevant field
At least intermediate English language skills
User-level IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Fluent Hungarian language knowledge
Flexibility, commitment, reliability and carefulness
Willingness to travel
Decision-making and organizational skills
Also suitable for graduates

Nice-to-have

University degree in electrical engineer / mechanical engineer or other relevant field
