TCS is looking for a young professional to manage the facility operations in the office sites in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

Facility Works

• Perform small repairs within the OCDs (e.g. door handle repair, drawer lock change)
• Variable works based on requests via ticketing system (copying, scanning, laminating, packing, easy physical work, whiteboard or wall clock installation)

Workspace management

• Perform movements inside TCS premises
• Rearrange project areas and meeting/training rooms
• Handles minor moves of associates within the project area or between different project areas

Asset Management

• Supporting the asset register update for Admin related assets
• Conducts yearly inventory in TCS premises

Other responsibilities

• Stationary checking and distribution
• Ad-hoc procurements with pool car
• Postage distribution between locations
• Data recording, handling excel and word
• Poster distribution and installation within the buildings
• Organizing the internal storage rooms
• Supporting HSE activities (e.g. green day, fire evacuation)
• Checking meeting rooms before Client Visits
• Preparing pool cars in case of need (fueling, inside cleaning)
