Roles and responsibilities

  • Seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant for our Hungarian business. You will ensure excellent administrative support, enabling the managers to focus on business development and high-level management issues. You must have an excellent organising and communication skills with positive, proactive (’can do’) and friendly attitude. You should have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this ever-changing environment, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Duties include:
  • Organising meetings, preparing minutes, follow up the key decisions
  • Time / diary management
  • Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
  • Responding to urgent requests
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports
  • Organising and preparing documents and presentations, preparation of meeting and board papers
  • Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
  • Assisting with organising events
  • Translation of documents, interpretation
