Executive Assistant

based in Budapest/Hungary
hired for 1 year fixed- term contract

You will be fully responsible for your activities and based on your performance you might be involved into the deep professional part of the job.

Your mission

  • Supporting on a daily basis the Managing Director and providing an administrative support
  • Scheduling-maintaining-updating daily calendar of appointments, scheduling meetings, conferences and travel itineraries, coordinating related travel arrangements for the Managing Director (airline, hotel, car-booking etc.)
  • Interfacing effectively and professionally with the Managing Director and all levels of organization by providing strong communication link
  • Creating timely and accurate presentations (internal & external) using PowerPoint
  • Organize and manage European events in Budapest
  • Ad hoc jobs given by the Managing Directors
  • Providing administrative support to the members of the Management Team
  • Managing the Team Meeting schedule
  • Managing and process purchase orders, invoices and expenses within the Management Team
  • Working in co-operation with the Managing Director and other Management Team members on key projects
  • Updating of various scripts, internal forms and reference documents
  • Managing translation of key documents

We need someone with

  • University / College degree
  • Excellent English knowledge (written & verbal)
  • At least 2-3 years secretarial / administrative experience specifically in a global multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organization and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude: enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible, friendly
  • Good team player
  • Excellent in prioritization
