Executive Assistant – Audit department

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives;
  • Manage the day to day operations of the department;
  • Arrange meetings, organize and maintain diaries, make appointments
  • Managing and supporting the internal system
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, calls, prepare mailings
  • Confirm travel arrangements, hotel and airplane ticket reservations
  • Prepare, handle, submit and record incoming and outgoing documents, contracts, invoices, etc.
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Assisting the risk management team with various administration tasks (tracking of risk and compliance training completion, supporting the onboarding process of new joiners)

Requirements

  • Strong in written and spoken English and Hungarian is indispensable
  • University or college degree
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Experience in secretary position or in administrative support is an advantage
  • Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Accurate and reliable personality
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized personality with attention to detail, understanding and maintenance of confidentiality
  • Creativity, initiative, and problem solving skills are required
  • Ability to work independently with strong follow-through skills
  • Have a constructive and positive attitude and process feedback easily
