Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end SAP implementation project.
Collaborate actively with the Korean HQ project team to align system standards, processes, and milestones.
Analyze and document business processes, identify gaps, and propose system configurations or process improvements.
Coordinate data migration tasks, including validation, cleansing, and testing.
Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting during and after rollout.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the ERP system supports operational, financial, and reporting needs.
Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and documentation preparation.
Continuously monitor system performance and contribute to enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., production, supply chain, finance, or logistics).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
