As ERP process & system specialist / Key user, you provide support to unit / entity or functional teams in a variety of complex processes and tools. You support as key user (Tier 1) in the use phase and as tester in system and process improvements in a variety of tools.

ERP Process and System Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Promote improvement within area of responsibility and co-operate across organizations.
  • Provide first line process & system support for end users, ensure assignment to tier 2 and IT applications according to needs.
  • Execute competence development and assessment of tier 0 (end users) in own process area.
  • Create and maintain end user training materials as per requirements.
  • Support actions to control and assures performance and key performance indicators (KPI) are on right track.
  • Monitor and assure process quality, organizational needs and opportunities towards process excellence within the organization.
  • Negotiate and discuss openly process and solution improvements in order to properly understand and take into consideration impacts in own organization and in others (Care Tier1 with HWS Tier1) and/or stakeholders before proceeding with any improvement request.
  • Co-operate with T2 to validate and approve workarounds in own responsibility area affecting cost & resource as well as operational model.
  • Act as contact point towards the relevant business through the 2nd tier support or projects involved.
