English Speaking Customer Service Agent

    For our American headquartered multinational partner- company we are looking for First Level Service Desk Support Representatives for the English speaking employees of our current clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end user calls and web queries
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer
  • Precise administration
  • Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group
  • Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases

Requirements:

  • Native or close to native in English
  • Other language knowledge, relevant experience is an advantage
  • MS Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Team player
  • Experienced in customer service – experience gained on an IT Help Desk is an advantage but not a must
  • A university graduate - Fresh graduates are welcome
