English and one of the following German/French speaking Service Desk Agents in Pécs (with language bonus eligibility)

Role Purpose:

    Provide technical support over the phone, via web, via chat, via e-mail or various interactive platforms to external, corporate end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems. Validate and coordinate a variety of Service Requests from the customer end user related to their hardware and software use.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical help to our customers via phone and e-mail
  • Register and follow up incoming calls and e-mails
  • Handle coordination of more complex cases

Requirements:

  • Close to native in German/French, fluency in English
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • At least user level computer literacy, troubleshooting experience is an advantage
  • Working hours between 6.00 am and 20.00 pm (full time)
