Employer Branding and Recruitment Specialist

Job summary:

    Employer Branding and Recruitment Specialist supports Pizza Hut brand in fulfilling employer branding strategy by attracting and recruiting talents, according to AmRest core values and business needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Constantly reviews and develops recruitment and employer branding processes/strategies
  • Coordinate local employer branding with cooperation of the HR Manager, Global Employer Branding Manager and external providers
  • Ensures that internal/external employer brand messages and our EVP are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via recruitment and attraction campaigns
  • Coordinate and follow up recruiting & employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, open days, workshops, etc.
  • Create and implement employer branding communication, materials, including job advertising, social media campaigns, recruitment materials, etc.
  • Creating, writing, editing and publishing relevant, original and high-quality content mainly in social/business media channels
  • Ensures high standards of recruitment processes
  • Introduces appropriate recruitment methods and covers all aspects of the recruitment cycle
  • Determines the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment processes


  • 2-3 years of experience in employer branding
  • Relevant experience in recruitment
  • University degree (preferably in Marketing or HR)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Relevant working experiences in the field of social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn)
  • Solid MS Office usage skillset & knowledge
  • Creative mindset (out of the box thinking), open-mindedness
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Concern on standards and deadlines
