We are looking for talented people for the role of:

Dutch speaking Service Desk Agent

Summary of Job Purpose:

    Our team offers first level IT-related support for the employees of our client company. When you join our team you will first get training about the client and basic IT knowledge that is necessary for your daily job. During your daily work you will act as a first point of contact for the employees and respond to and document incoming queries.

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as the first point of contact for the client
  • You will take calls and handle incoming emails
  • Show customers that you care and help find a solution to their easier IT related questions
  • Keep track of everything by precise administration
  • Work together with the resolving group in case of complex cases
  • Make sure you keep the client up-to-date and follow up ongoing cases

What we require:

  • High level of Dutch language skills
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The team is working Monday-Friday 7:00-19:00, you will work 8 hours/ day in weekly rotating shifts
